Meet Rose

I grew up in the mountains of Western North Carolina and am grateful to call Asheville home. I have always been curious about business strategy and operations and am fortunate to have had opportunities to work directly with CEOs and to sit at many leadership tables to gain insight into the inner workings of a wide range of businesses. I bring fifteen years of HR and People Leadership experience, spanning multiple industries including Technology, Hospitality and Real Estate.

There is a vibrant entrepreneurial culture in Asheville and I love supporting local and growing businesses that enrich and bolster the community. I've worked in high-growth start-ups and established enterprise organizations and the common denominator for successful businesses is always the people. Strong foundations and thriving organizational cultures are rooted in thoughtful people programs, policies and initiatives.
